Sales Terms
  • Tax free for orders shipping out of Canada.
  • We collect PST & GST for orders shipping to a BC address. HST will also be collected for orders shipping to Nova Scotia, New Brunswick, or Newfoundland and Labrador. All other orders shipping to a Canada address will be charged GST only.
  • Environmental Handling Fee (EHF) may be applied to orders shipping to an address in British Columbia, Canada. Please see details from Return-It
  • We ship orders promptly. Usually, most orders with payment cleared require approximately 1 to 2 business days for processing before shipping. We do not process orders during weekends and statutory holiday in Canada.
  • Item shipped by Expedited Parcel via Canada Post will be delivered in about 1-7 business days nationally in Canada depending on the destination, plus processing time.
  • Expedited Parcel shipping to USA will be delivered in about 6-14 business days, plus processing time.
  • InkCity.ca is not responsible for delays outside of our immediate control, including delays related to order processing or unexpected increase in demand. Typically only orders paid for by credit card receive credit approval on the same day the order is placed.
  • Shipping carrier may change without notice. Every effort will be made to use the selected carrier. Possible reasons for a carrier change include: weight or dimension limitations, service area limitations and severe weather conditions.
  • InkCity.ca is not liable for pricing errors. If you place an order for a product that was incorrectly priced, we will cancel your order and credit you for any charges. In the event that we inadvertently ship an order based on a pricing error, we will issue a revised invoice to you for the correct price and contact you to obtain your authorization for the additional charge, or assist you with return of the product. If the pricing error results in an overcharge to you, InkCity.ca will credit your account for the amount overcharged.
  • Although every effort has been made to process and expedited within 2 working days, stock issues do arise as we do rely on third party warehousing for some of our inventory. If an out of stock or back-order situation arises, we advise the customers as soon as possible and refund all the charges for non delivered items.
